what we do
For decades, Tai Chi in the West has been relegated to an exercise exclusively for the elderly: slow movements, devoid of meaning and no more different than a low-impact version of yoga. While Tai Chi does provide a number of benefits for one's health both physically and mentally, it is still at its core a martial art. Let's just say there's a reason Tai Chi translates to the "Grand Ultimate".
We provide not only basic open hand forms of Tai Chi, but also weapon forms, Push Hands sparring, and combat applications.
